• Performing Validation of Filling line equipment such as Vial Washer, Dehydrogenation Tunnel, Vial Filling, stoppering, Capping Machine and Tray Loader. Validation of this equipment ranged from developing IOQ documents to executions.
• Develop and execute protocols related to the flame sealing parameter evaluation.
• Work on developing protocols and reports for IQ, OQ and PQs for Water systems, HVAC, Steam sterilizers, Tunnel sterilizers, Filling systems and Laboratory systems.
• Mapping GxP business processes to identify data creation, flow and controls.
• Evaluate computerized systems with respect to technical controls and requirements for ERES.
• Perform GxP assessments, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures assessments.
