Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Design Crystal Reports to support multiple business functions. This includes design and coding database objects stored procedures, views, functions for the underlying report data sources.
  • Develop reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) development environment
  • Support the implementation, coordination and execution of enterprise data reporting to enable business intelligence initiatives using Epic Clarity and Caboodle.
  • Work as a Oracle SQL Developer for the HB & PB solutions in the Mede Analytics Tool. Responsible for maintaining HB & PB MEDE solutions by being pro-active and validating if it is pulling right data from clarity database.
  • Support analytical standards and requirements for all financial departments, revenue cycle and Senior Leadership (VP/CEO level). Streamline the report request process and develop a dashboard that centralized analytics for the business. This Tableau dashboard helps in identifying redundancy across the requests and reduces $750k in capital-expense.
  • Work collaboratively with application build teams and end users (administrators, physicians, pharmacists, etc.) to gather specifications and reporting requirements.
  • Utilize the following technology in everyday work activities: Epic Hyperspace, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, MEDE Analytics, Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
  • Create and configure multiple Reporting Workbench reports and Radar dashboards.
  • Organize meetings with key reporting stakeholders to review the report requirements and validate the information on the reports. Understand business definitions and translate them into technical specifications to be able to help develop analytical reports.
  • Perform manual and automation data validation by comparing the information on the reports to what is documented in patients’ chart and Record Viewer within epic application.
  • Publish and schedule crystal reports on business objects portal for daily, weekly and monthly reports to be distributed through email.

Minimum Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
