Job Description:
The Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system to meet various user group needs (The Salesforce COE). The BA will define, analyze, document and validate business strategies, plans, roadmaps, processes and requirements for delivering maximum value to business. The BA will become immersed in their assigned line of business in order to understand their mission, needs, strengths and challenges in order to help them map out effective strategies. The BA will leverage data, the platform, their outstanding listening and perceptive skills to identify trends and potential issues and risks. The BA will skillfully balance being a passionate advocate for both their assigned line of business and the COE team.
