Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for multiple Java-based application development projects

Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of complex technical programs

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment

Define roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and resource plans

Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum best practices, and quality standards

Oversee system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making

Monitor delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks

Coordinate releases, deployments, and production support

Communicate status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Manage vendor/partner relationships when required

Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery efficiency
