- Technical Program Managers (TPMs) are responsible for overseeing complex technical projects| ensuring alignment with business objectives| and facilitating communication between teams.
- Project Management| Risk Management| Process Improvement
- A solid understanding of software development processes and technical concepts is essential for effective communication and leadership.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is crucial for planning and executing projects successfully.
- TPMs must be adept at identifying issues and developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
