Responsibilities :
- Integration of a wide variety of systems with Pega
- Designing enterprise grade solutions leveraging Pega
- Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
- Optimize solutions by performing detailed code and design reviews weekly
- Able to recognize opportunities for delivery optimization via reuse and proactively mentor team members to ensure reuse is maximized
- Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
- Mentor junior team members regarding solution design, development best practices and general guidance
- Manage offshore resources and ensure transparent handoff to maintain delivery quality
