Responsibilities :

  • Integration of a wide variety of systems with Pega
  • Designing enterprise grade solutions leveraging Pega
  • Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
  • Optimize solutions by performing detailed code and design reviews weekly
  • Able to recognize opportunities for delivery optimization via reuse and proactively mentor team members to ensure reuse is maximized
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
  • Mentor junior team members regarding solution design, development best practices and general guidance
  • Manage offshore resources and ensure transparent handoff to maintain delivery quality
